Return orders and cancellation policy
When you trade with Learning Loop ApS, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receiving the delivery this applies to both inventory and pre-orders. Cancellation is requested by contacting Learning Loop ApS via email, whereafter you will receive instructions on how to return the goods. The purchaser incurs the cost of return shipping. If the deadline expires on a Danish public holiday, Saturday, Danish constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next following Danish working day.
In order to claim your cancellation right, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of the item by email.
After receiving, you must handle the goods in a way so that you can determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.
You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling, which is necessary to determine the nature of the item.
If the product is tested in addition to what has been described above, we consider it as “used”, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, you can only receive a small amount or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.
We consider used goods as being without commercial value.
In the case of a clean return item / exchange item, the return will apply to you – we pay in return for the newly exchanged item to be shipped to you again.
You bear the risk of the item from the delivery of the item, and upon return you are responsible for the goods being packaged properly.
You cannot cancel by just refusing the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.

Note that we do not receive packages sent via Collect On Delivery (COD). Remember to return the product safely packaged, so that the chance of the product damaged in return-delivery is at minimum
Complaints
We of course offer a 24 month warranty, in accordance with the Danish “Sale of Goods Act” (Købeloven). It states that you have the right to either get the item repaired, exchanged, the receive money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Damage to the product due to faulty customer handling is not covered by the warranty. Complaints concerning errors and omissions must be notified to Learning Loop ApS in a timely manner after receipt of the goods.
Here, maximum two months as reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
