The intellectual rights brands, and internet domains are owned by Learning Loop ApS.

Ordering and payment

All shown prices on the website are exclusive VAT and other taxes.

The given price at the time of ordering is the price in effect for the purchase including VAT.
Learning Loop ApS are not responsible for misprints, price errors, VAT and tax changes, sold out goods, and failure to deliver by our suppliers.

Ordering

When you have submitted an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
Should you not receive an order confirmation within 1 hour after your purchase, you should check your spam filter or contact us.
You will receive a new mail the same day your order has been shipped.
If you want to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, we ask you to send ud a mail at info@learningloop.io

Payment:
We offer multiple payment options.
The most secure and the payment forms that we recommend to all customers, is with a credit or debit card – or through a PayPal account.

We accept the following card types:

Online payment with cards:
With payment of a stock-order with an electronic payment card, the amount is withdrawn when the order has been shipped.
With pre-orders, the amount is withdrawn within 7 working days, regardless of the pre-order being shipped at a later date months away.

Payment is done through an encrypted SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your account information is not readable for 3rd parties.
When you conduct a purchase with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.

We reserve the right to at any time depreciate the amount paid – i.e. if a product is sold out, or not desired anyway. However, for safety reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.
